Hi all i have a topic is the corolla forum and thought i would post it here too.

Anyone interested in going to japfest and setting up a stall? Or even taking their cars out?

All so i think booking time for the show will be at the start of march, so if your going to be going stick your name down.

i think you had better have a look into the stand booking information on the japfest website mate. Ive organised one for my club and all stand places have to be paid for in advance. So someone will have to take payment and supply tickets to all club members who want to be on stand. Plus as the others say, you will have to ask permission to represent the club at the show

Ok a little update,

Les (Giddlepin) has given permission to use the TOC name and to use the TOC banner.

Will anyone be coming past or near east yorkshire to pick the banner up?

I need definates now, to book it i will also need money too.

Scratch that, just realised this is hosted on Cup final day!? Why on earth would they do that, its pretty much the first major show of the year aswell .
