I have not heard about a rear bumper protector. When you have it fitted perhaps show a photo of it on the forum.

Thanks Ian. The http link worked fine from your last posting. I do not think I will get the protector though. I usually use a folded car blanket to protect the bumper if I am loading anything liable to damage it.

There are also some for sale on Priuschat (but you have to ask Danny for postage to UK) which work out cheaper than UK official part.

I found a good sized plastic one for my gen3 from bumperbib.co.uk which was cheaper than importing from USA. Have to email them though (gen3 not shown on the website).
