P0108 Manifold Absolute Pressure/barometric Pressure Circuit High Inp

Dear all

I have toyota avensis d4d ona 54 plate it was a taxi for last 4 years now used for local run about or taxi for dad for school run lol

My dad driving noticed the speed dropd and the management light come on code come as P0108 Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Inp dad said a lot smoke come out black i have never cleaned the egr valve since owner it if its the map sensor can any one send me a pic of it i can replace it

Had this problem code with a few cars fitted new sensors , didn't cure the fault .it was the waste gate on the turbo sticking hope this helps u in the rite direction

IS there anyway to clean the turbo waste gate

If that's the problem with your car I'm afraid you will have to take the turbo off for cleaning or refurb
