Corolla E12 1Cd-Ftv - Clutch Replacing Choice - Oem Vs. Aftermarket

I have a Toyota Corolla E12 2006 2.0 D-4D sedan. I am planning on replacing the clutch system, since its performance has degraded. The vehicle mileage is around 115 000 kilometers(or 72 000 miles). I learned that I better replace the full package(including the DMF).

From local dealer(s) I have two offers - a Toyota OEM one and one from 'LuK'. I am interested in whether there are substantial differences in the two kits. From reading forums I learned that covers(pressure plates) are best made by 'Aisin' and 'Seco' rules in making disks. So, what are your experiences - has anybody did these procedures on more than one car?! Should I expect the OEM kit to stick better into the car?! Should I expect the LuK kit to be softer, while the OEM one to be more durable?!

<p>Ideally you cant go wrong with genuine parts, the original could possibly be LUK anyway - if there a small difference im money id be inclined to go with the genuine part, if the luk was a good bit cheaper id buy it.</p>
