I promised a while back to post details, heres the link to the most recent Lidl smart Battery charger, this page has some basic specs as well as the pdf manual (which should cover any other queries)

I think for the price, you can't go wrong, and have always left the Battery attached to the vehicle. Just attach the terminals to the points in the engine bay as described in the Toyota user manual.
