Oil leak

Firstly i am new to this site and may not know all the technical names but i will try my best

My engine  seems to be leaking alot of oil from where i can only describe where the heater plugs are. I took off the engine cover and cleaned off the oil, i put the cover back on and went for a short drive. When i came home i took the cover off again and there was a pool of oil at the heater plugs.  Please see the photo below. Anybody able to give me some advice?

The item in the picture is an injector, with the plug going onto it and to the right ( in the picture ) you can see the high pressure fuel pipe entering the rocker cover feeding the injector. 

To fix this the rocker cover has to come off and the injector, pipe & rocker cover gaskets need replacing

There are 3 seals per injector:

4 x 23256-27020 upper backup oil seal

4 x 96721-19017 mid oil ring

4 x 11176-27011 Injector seat washer

Injector pipes:

4 x 23681- 17010 

5 x 90904-30008

Rocker cover:

1 x 11213-0G010

Don't be tempted to leave this as with a failed seal there is a good chance diesel/dirt is getting into your engine oil which can be terminal for the engine so once the seals are replaced change the engine oil & filter, if the leak looks to have been going for some time it would pay to remove the sump and check the oil strainer is not blocked as diesel fuel and dirt entering the oil will clog the strainer starving the engine of oil.

I have a Toyota Avensis 2007 2.0litre D-4D (ADT-250) - I have an oil leak around the the rocker gasket. I managed to buy a new one from Toyota but they cannot find the nozzle seals/gasket for the inner part of the cover...Does anyone know what I need/part numbers??? Any help would be appreciated
