Dyno charts etc measuring documents are allowed, i assume. Needs only Frostyballs blessing.  Spark for this query is that Tommi Mäkinen has started to develop Rally car for Toyota again in here Finland, after long time. I have reason to believe this is going to add more interest for tuning.
