Rear View Mirror

Howdy Rav Brothers,

First post, so be kind.....

My previous Avensis had the nice auto-dipping photochromic rear view mirror.

My shiny 6 month old RAV4 SR180 has the dreaded "finger flicker dipper"...penny pinching or what?

Is the wiring there to upgrade, and will Mr. and Mrs. Toyota want megabucks for part? (God Bless Kingo....?)

Does anyone know if mirror from 2008 Avensis (Autodimmer) would work in Rav 4?
