just 1 ickle thing, you dont need to remove the middle dial

PS why remove the cig lighter plug?

o! y remove the lighter plug, urm - for effect? :D Jus incase ppl dont have the original in (like myself) as mine just has the undercar neon kitm plugged in and wire wont stretch far as i have taped it down to hide it.

Also, dont know how to get it into the how to's section! mb jaxx can do it for me :P

And if you dont remoove the middle heater dial it is likely to pop out when you take the facia off and then go rolling down some nearby drain.

Yeah I thought the other two guides were, although quite helpful, they were hard to picture, I think the added pictures help assure that you're doing the right thing.

Iv just added the part about the RCA converter and which wires they connect to in the back of the cd player :thumbsup: for those who are thinking of wiring an amp upto the standard cd player. Itl save ya £60 installation. Bcoz wiring the amp to the Battery is easy, and to a bolt is easy.

Now ya know how to wire an RCA cable to your standard head unit :thumbsup::thumbsup:

while were on this topic....

I brought a new bottom panal from toyota hoping to fit my head unit with out having to keep the old one in but it dosnt fit very well leaving me aproxx 5mm gaps either side,

can anyone think of any ideas to sort thease gaps out? i was thinking of maybe some small neons or pack it with some foam or rubber strips :help:

Thought id give it a go and see how it goes sure i can tydy it up some how, ill be there on saturday/sunday so everyone can have a good look at the poor fit and give me some ideas lol
