Weird Question

Before couple of months i remove my seatbelt alarm (by holding ODO key and so on ...) and yesterday i decided to enable it again. But this time i hold the DISP key by mistake (not the ODO) and i got weird sign "100%" displayed on the board computer. When i tried to remove the thing i notice that i can only increase the amount. When i reach 109% i leave the things like that. Today is 103%. Here is a picture:

So the question is what is this ? Does anyone know ?
